Gluten-Free Friendly
Gluten-free options are offered regularly, staff are trained, and basic precautions against cross-contamination are in place.
Threshold: 60% + level 1 mandatory criteria
For hotels
The Glutensiz Tatil Approval Certificate independently verifies the system your hotel has in place to prevent cross-contamination, and shows it to your guests through a clear level, a verifiable certificate number and a badge you can add to your website.

What do you get?
A detailed report scored criterion by criterion, setting out gaps and suggested improvements.
A certificate you can display in the lobby, restaurant and rooms, instantly verifiable by QR code.
An official badge you can add to your site with a single line of code, linking to the verification page.
A detailed page with your audit results, gluten-free facilities and guest reports.
A short training presentation, checklists and procedure templates for kitchen and service teams.
We pass on reports from gluten-free guests and work with you to resolve any issues.
