Privacy notice (KVKK)

This notice has been prepared by glutensiztatil.com ("Glutensiz Tatil") to inform data subjects about the personal data it processes, in accordance with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

Data we process

• Hotel applications: Contact person's name, position, phone and email; information about the hotel.
• Guest reports: Name, email, dates of stay, the experience text and information about any reaction to gluten (special category health data).
• Contact and newsletter: Name, email, phone, message content.

Purposes and legal grounds for processing

Data is processed to assess applications and handle quotes and contracts (entering into a contract); to review guest reports and plan audits (legitimate interest, and explicit consent for health data); and to respond to enquiries and send the newsletter (explicit consent).

Disclosure

Guest reports may be passed on to the hotel concerned, without identifying details, in order to resolve the issue. Data is not shared with third parties other than our hosting and email service providers; it may be disclosed to the competent authorities where required by law.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the limitation periods set by the relevant legislation, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
