We prioritise hotel experiences reported by your members and ask for your views in the annual revision of the audit standard. We can also produce information for your members together.

Advisory board and expert network: assessing menus at Coeliac Expert level, scientific review of the standard and expert answers to guests' questions.
ApplyFood testing laboratories
Analysis of samples taken at Coeliac Expert level using accredited methods (<20 mg/kg). We work with laboratories whose accreditation covers gluten analysis.
ApplyTour operators and travel agencies
Recommend approved hotels to your gluten-free guests with confidence. You can track certificate status in real time on the verification page or via the badge.
